Minor refactoring tasks

• Move InfoNCE loss into model.py
• Refactor AMP logging in contrastive learning pipeline
• keypoints_3d -> keypoints3d
• rename repo
• utils -> util in simulate_nmf
• Rename amp_scaler to grad_scaler for consistency (bodyseg)
• Use pvio directly
• rename simulate_nmf to neuromechfly, rename spotlight_pipeline to spotlight, rename estimate_pose to pose
• Remove alphas in keypoints3d plots
• Set shuffle to true whenever an H5 dataset is created for integer data with compression
• Unify logging (use util.sys.setup_logger instead of logging directly?)
