sign_btc_transaction has sign_index field and nearblocks treat it as a string, but in reality it's a regular integer which is misleading

Is it possible to fix it?

This is an issue we're solving, it requires some changes in the way we stored the args. This is currently being reindexed now.
The "raw" version right now is returning the value from the RPC, which you have got in your screenshot above.
