Get a list of subaccounts #1155

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to be able to find the list of all subaccounts, so opening the page of tkn.near I can also see intel.tkn.near and the others.

I don't have a good UX solution at the moment. Maybe a new "Subaccounts" tab next to "Access Keys" could work well.
Describe alternatives you've considered
#1154 can somewhat be the alternative, but it won't be a convenient way to view 20+ subaccounts.
Probably, at least some top-level accounts would need to be excluded here, as there are too many *.near, *.tg subaccounts.
Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy
The only risk I see here is that users may perceive this relationship in such a way that parent account having control over the child accounts, which is not the case, so this subaccount relationship might need to be clarified.
