Current Behavior
I'm trying to get support for API plans. Your contact page is broken.

I signed up for the startup plan, for which I was charged but my plan remained on the "Free API Plan".

Not relevant.

Expected behavior/code
I expect to have better support from a leading block explorer on a major chain!
