Difficult to Close Voting Options Dialog on Mac

I believe there is a bug in the new version for mac os
I cannot close the page after going to manage votes
And it’s a bit confusing on how to enter the value since the whole column is selected

I believe a workaround here should be to hit the Esc key to close the dialog, but we should figure out why this is an issue on mac but not win & linux. Some Qt lib difference perhaps?

More info from submitter:

After clicking on esc this shows up but its easier to close since the close button appears .

After closing and opening manage tabs again it appears to work fine , however inserting the info might still be confusing for some people .

When quitting Neblio qt and reopening it , the same problem and process starts from the start
