Automatically tag all releases hm-pktfwd depends on #61
Description
Commit hashes are currently used in the Dockerfile to copy built assets from nebraltd/lora_gateway, nebraltd/packet_forwarder, and nebraltd/sx1302_hal. We should use release tags instead.
