Clicking on the 'storage' frame of an item in a container does nothing #5072

Left-clicking on this frame doesn't do anything.
Difference between expected and actual behavior
Expected behavior is for it to act as if I had left-clicked on the item itself (this is how it works on TG and most downstreams). Actual behavior is that it doesn't do anything
Steps to reproduce
Click on the frame and observe it does nothing.
Length of time in which bug has been known to occur
No idea. This is how it's worked since I started playing on nebula-based servers.

- Issue could be reproduced by different players
