toolbelts can be placed inside other toolbelts

Description of issue

apperently you can put toolbelts in tool belts, I found this out by mistake by trying to put my toolbelt back into a rack in cargo, but instead picked up all the other tool belts and placed them inside

Difference between expected and actual behavior

recursive toolbelts is weird and exploitable

Steps to reproduce

get toolbelt, get another one and place it inside it, or do my accidental method of clicking tool belt on a rack full of tool belts
