Support uploading and downloading data streams #7
Description
From NebulousLabs/nodejs-skynet#1:
Right now you have to have a file to submit a path for. It would be great to have a UploadData method so devs can just submit bytes of data that they are working with.
I've added this to the roadmap as well.
