Support term emulation on solaris, netbsd, openbsd/*

Support terminal emulation on platforms below:
- Solaris
- NetBSD: Supported in creack/pty since v1.1.12
- OpenBSD with GOOS != amd64
  - Other architectures are supported now in creack/pty
