Update LiquidctlGUI.py

-cpu model and temperature is correctly displayed now
-added primary disk storage display
-added temperature safety thresholds
-profile creation/edit is changed
-all comments inside code switched to english
-added checkbox for linking all fans
-fix permissions button added this adds a rule so your device works without 'sudo'.

• Detects your device (Vendor ID and Product ID).
• Adds a rule that grants access to the logged-in user (TAG+="uaccess") for USB and HIDRAW.
• Safer than world-writable 0666.

After that, replug the USB device or relogin.
If you change device/brand later, click it again.
