[Bug] open/close animation

• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

opening the side panel, background cover the full screen, event though the app is only at 5/10% visibile in the screen
(behaviour is better removing animation in the rom settings)

Expected Behavior

the background should be applied only visibile section, not covering completely the screen below
