Deadhands Collectibles Texture bug

I changed the paint ID in the database, but the skins for the new items have texture glitches, while the old skins work fine. Since I’m not a programmer—just a CS player—I set up a local server for practice. This mod lets me try out all the skins for free, which has been a huge help. Is there a file or piece of code I can update myself to fix this issue?
