Crash issues

While the plugin is in my server it causes weird crashes when the server hits 3 minutes uptime (its a linux vps)

I also got an error,

All plugins loaded well but when i start to connect to the server and tried selecting which side (CT or T) it gives me a error through CS2 Server terminal
