Important

Adapters with CH3xx serial chips using software flow control (like older variants of the Sonoff ZBDongle-E) may not work properly with this release (for openthread & zigbee_ncp). If you cannot start Zigbee2MQTT after flashing the firmware, revert back to 8.0.2.

Some feedback :)
I flashed your v2025.6.1-pre0 on my SLZB-06M ( smlight_slzb06m_zigbee_ncp_8.2.1.0_115200_sw_flow.gbl ).
No problems occured since. Z2M works fine.
I'm waiting for the tomorrow Z2M release ;)

I flashed v2025.6.1-pre0 on my ZB-GW04 v1.2, my DIY LAN coordinator based on ZYZBP008 module and ESP32 with ESPHome (both under Zigbee2MQTT 2.6.0), and Sonoff ZBDongle-E (Zigbee2MQTT 2.5.1)
No problems found so far

@0rsa any chance you could test what you mentioned here with this release, to get an idea if the issue you had is with 8.2.1 in general?

about ten OTA updates have been made: no crash, no issue at all, that sounds good!

I alerted darkxst, looks like the RX buffer config in the 2025.6.1 builds got changed, that's likely the cause.
