Inconsistent capitalization on the device about page

Describe the bug

On the device About panel, most headings use sentence case (e.g., “Network address”, “Last seen”). Two headings are currently in title case, however: “IEEE Address” and “Zigbee Model”.

Changing these to sentence case (“IEEE address” and “Zigbee model”) would make the panel consistent with the rest of the headings.

The curse of re-using i18n entries to avoid duplication... plus the old / new entries mixed together...
I'll take a look, see if we can clean this up, no doubt there are more cases, but it's a very big job, lots of entries, lots of use cases to go through 😅
