CPU is heavily power limited (Zephyrus M16 2023) #100
Description
I am on CachyOS with asusctl and ROG Control and have been noticing very odd CPU Power Draws. I have not seen the CPU ever reach high temps nor see it draw more then 35w while gaming (which does hurt performance quite a bit) and even more odd when Steam is Processing Vulkan Shaders which at the very start I see draws up to 90w but no more for a few seconds and dramatically going down to 35w max at around 2.5 GHz. So overall in no context is my CPU ever fully loaded. My fans don't even ramp up at all due to the low temptures (around 65c)
GPU is functionally correctly and is being used at full power when needed.
