Phosphorylation site

Hello Fragpipe team,

I have a question regarding the interpretation of the Index for phosphosites. There are some where it clearly says which phosphorylation it is, like Q9UQ35_1021_1034_1_1_S1028 but I have quite many with high probality (99-100%) that seem undefined: Q9Y2D5-5_207_226_1_0. Does that mean that Fragpipe found a modification but is not sure where in the peptide sequence it is and what it is exactly? Or what does that mean?
