RapidOCR try to get additional font

The system attempted to run the OCR stage using RapidOCR, but it failed because a required font file (FZYTK.TTF) could not be downloaded from the ModelScope URL:
https://www.modelscope.cn/models/RapidAI/RapidOCR/resolve/v3.4.0/resources/fonts/FZYTK.TTF
The download request failed, and as a result RapidOCR raised an error, causing the entire OCR stage (stage ocr for run 7) to fail.
Additionally, this issue is common in many environments where access to .cn (China-hosted) domains is restricted or blocked, which prevents the required file from being fetched.
In summary: The OCR process failed because RapidOCR tried to download a required font from a .cn domain, but the environment cannot access .cn pages.

There is no information in the security.md or on the requirement page about modelscope.cn need to be accessible.

This font is optional and only necessary for use cases where customers have a requirement for support of Chinese language extraction
