Video images capture at only half available resolution

As a test, I setup a 1280x720 world with 1 pixel patch size and the following reports the correct full resolution width of 1280

let img (vid:capture-image world-width world-height)
show bitmap:width img

but copying to pcolors or drawing shows what looks like a half-resolution image

bitmap:copy-to-pcolors (vid:capture-image world-width world-height) false
