python version mismatch error

Install failing with the error:

I'm on Netbox version 4.1.3 but I'm confused on how to either upgrade my python to 3.11 or understand if there's an issue with the plugin not working with 3.10.

The documentation says it was tested on Netbox versions 4 to 4.2.3

It would appear you are pulling an older version of the plugin, 4.0.0. Please use version 4.1.6 or higher for Netbox 4.2.3+
