How to delete ACL of a user/service user using netcentric tool

Hi Team,

I have few questions.

1. We want to delete an ACL for a service user /user for which we had provided access through yaml scripts. I cannot find any documentation on how to delete it. However, I do see it can be done via JMX console but in AEMaacs I cannot find that in developer console.
2. The permission were working fine using the scripts in cloud, but we observed it is not working after we tried giving ACLs for service user instead of Administrators grp because of the change from Adobe. Post that the permission setup is not working as expected. All the groups and ACLs for the user are available under permission; re:policy is available too, but we are not getting expected behavior. Is there a way to debug on what and how are the permissions being applied for federated users when they are logged in AEMaacs?
