New Requirement: Add optional field for "last updated date" in the published articles pages #394
Description
An optional second date should be added to article pages. In the article metadata if an additional field "ModifyDate" is filled it should be shown on the page below the current "PublishDate". Both values on the page should get a label like shown in below dummy.
As this change is also requested for SEO reason we should additionally use the semantic time tags for showing the dates: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/time
