1. Compare OAS 3.0 vs OAS 3.1 (spec should include allOff operator)
2. Check diffs in doc view: API changes tab->V2 Providers Employers Departments Departmentid Put

ER: diffs are shown due to spec structure
AR: there are excess "additional property any" in doc view
