Describe the solution you'd like

It shall be possible to find breaking changes in the GQL API between release X and release Y. In the same way as it was already implemented for REST.

It will reduce the effort on the analysis of adaptation.
Correcting: We need a possibility to create a dashboard version by the import from a file as we have for REST API.

Enabler: support operations group for GQL api type (BE & FE)
Additional scope items: export GQL operations group (FE side)

Assumption: one CSV format for REST (existing one), other CSV format for GQL
todo: input CSV format for GQL

Tested option with manual snapshot creation - It is possible to find breaking changes in the GQL API between release X and release Y
Option with upload from CSV file is in progress
