Describe the bug

when comparing 001 (first version) and 002 (second version, previousVersion === 001), some operations are not opened
Steps to Reproduce
Open the comparison view for two specification versions
Select version 001 as the base (first) version
Select version 002 as the second version (where previousVersion === 001)

AR
Operations do not expand / show content
They appear empty or completely missing in the UI (see attached screenshot)

ER
All operations that have computed differences should expand correctly and display their diffs, examples, summaries, etc.
