Change structure of NethVoice CTI phonebook #7124
Description
the structure of the NethVoice CTI address book has become obsolete.
More telephone fields (at least 5 in total) are needed to associate more telephone numbers (more cellphone, more workphone) to the contact.
New fields relating to social addresses (facebook, instagram, linkedin) must be added.
A job field is needed to label the various contacts (IT contact, sales contact, etc.) and evaluate whether to use the title field.
It could be very useful to create a first name field and a last name field to have separate data since at the moment only one field is used.
This could simplify searching, sorting and integrating with external objects that used to have separate data.
If it works, provide for sorting by surname and company.
Remember to adjust the address book export on the NethVoice App.
