Single contact sync from NethVoice CTI to NethVoice #7129

If I add a contact to the NethVoice CTI phonebook to be used for call resolution, I have to wait for the periodic synchronization between the NethVoice phonebook and the NethVoice CTI phonebook, which usually occurs the following night.

The problem is that when I add a contact, I usually have frequent telephone interactions that will not be immediately recognized at the name resolution level by NethVoice.

Probably with an API that allows you to add a single contact at the time of creation and/or modification in NethVoice CTI, the problem could be solved.
