Phone island functionality.

NethVoice CTI must use Asterisk confbridge AMI action instead meetme AMI action.

Every user must have a personal conference room, NethVoice will create the room on demand.

A user can start a conference on the phone or from scratch.

Flow while on the phone:

1. the user is on the phone and decides to turn the call into a conference
2. adds the caller to his conference
3. the caller enters the conference and is waiting (on hold) for the conference administrator (the user) to join the conference
4. the phone island indicates that there is a guest at his conference
5. the user does this procedure for each person he wants to add to the conference: searches for the number to call, enters the number to call, searches for the user to add and calls them, speaks to them, and then adds them to the conference, everyone will join with the status of the first to enter, on hold, the phone island shows all the participants in the conference
6. when he has added all the participants he enters the conference and the wait ends for everyone

If the user starts from scratch he will begin from 5.

The user can enter and leave its conference at every moment, the conference participants are put on hold when the user leaves.

The user can eject, put on hold, mute, every participant individually or globally.

The user can end the conference and hang up all the calls.
