Steps to reproduce

Make a call with one participant (e.g., Tizio)

Start the conference and call a second participant (e.g., Caio)

The second call does not have audio, and sometimes the conference banner automatically closes

To restore the situation, the second call with Caio needs to be closed and redialed, while the first call with Tizio remains active

Expected behavior
The second call should establish correctly with audio, without the need to interrupt and redial. The audio flow should remain active for all participants in the conference.

Actual behavior
The second call does not have audio, and sometimes the conference banner closes automatically. To restore the audio flow, the second call needs to be closed and redialed. The first call remains active.
