NethLink: Update download opens inside the app instead of the default browser

Description:
When downloading the NethLink application update via the notification in the Information section, the download page is opened inside the app itself.
This behavior is incorrect: the download page should open in a new tab of the system's default browser, not inside NethLink.

Current behavior:
The download page opens in an internal view inside the NethLink app.

Expected behavior:
The download page should open in a new tab of the system's default browser.
