NethVoice CTI: Incoming call fails with active DND status on APP, showing "User Busy" on CTI #7697

@Ilvo

Description

@Ilvo

When User A attempts to call User B, and User B has previously set their status to Do Not Disturb (DND) on APP , the call is not handled correctly.

Instead of following the expected DND flow (e.g., redirection to voicemail, silent rejection, or discrete notification), the CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) screen of User B (the called party) still displays the call notification (phone-island) with the message "User Busy", and the call ultimately fails (it results as failed for User A).

Steps to reproduce

  1. User B logs into the APP and CTI
  2. User B sets their status to Do Not Disturb (DND) on APP
  3. User A calls User B's number or extension in CTI
  4. Observe the behavior on User B's CTI/screen.

Expected behavior

I would expect the call to go through the CTI

Actual behavior

User B is unreachable on CTI
