NethVoice: changing language in advanced FreePBX settings does not work (always stays in English)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the NethVoice Wizard
2. Go to **Advanced → FreePBX
3. Select any language other than English (e.g. Italian, French, etc.)

Expected behavior
The interface should switch to the selected language and load the corresponding localization files.

Actual behavior
The interface remains in English.
From the browser console, no request is made to load the selected language file.

Additional details
On NethServer 7 with NethVoice 14, the language change works correctly and triggers a request like:
