Upgrade piler dependencies and enhance configuration (tracking issue)

Why

This issue tracks the upgrade of various dependencies and configuration enhancements for NethServer/ns8-piler. Upgrades are required for security, maintainability, and compatibility with current standards.

Purpose

Keep piler up-to-date by following dependency upgrades and configuration improvements.

Proposed upgrades & improvements

• Enhance Traefik configuration and loading state management: Add Traefik configuration and enhance loading state management
• axios security & feature upgrade: fix(deps): update dependency axios to ^0.30.0 [security]
• mariadb docker image upgrade: chore(deps): update mariadb docker tag to v10.11.15

Each referenced PR contains implementation details and security analysis.

Alternative solutions

• Review proposed changes if stability or major breaking changes are found.
• Apply security fixes only if necessary for critical stability.

• Upgrade PRs have passed CI and are already merged.
