Description
Description
When changing the corporate password through the user portal, the interface does not inform the user that the password update also affects other connected services, such as the NethCTI login.
The lack of this information may cause confusion, as the user might not expect the password change to propagate to multiple systems.
Steps to Reproduce
Log in to the user portal with a corporate account.
Navigate to Account Settings → Change Password.
Enter the current password and the new password.
Observe that no information is displayed about Nethcti service that will automatically use the new password.
Expected Behavior
The interface should clearly inform the user that the password change will also affect other connected corporate service NethCTI, so that users are properly informed.
Actual Behavior
Only the services listed in the UI (WebTop, shared folders, Jabber, AD, etc.) are mentioned. There is no reference to NethCTI or other services not explicitly included.
Impact
Potential user confusion after changing the password.
Possible “login issues” reported on external services, not recognized as a consequence of the password change.
Environment
User portal
Section: Account Settings → Change Password
