Routing page does not display routing table when no additional route is present

Brief description
When the routes page is opened and no custom routes are configured, the page remains empty. It should still display the system routing table.

Expected behavior
The routes page should always show the current routing table, regardless of whether custom routes have been configured.

Actual behavior
If no custom routes exist, the UI displays a blank page with no routing information.

Steps to reproduce

• Install NethSecurity without defining any static or policy routes.
• Open the “Routes” page.
• Observe that no routing table is displayed.
