Add WireGuard VPN status card to the dashboard #1450

Brief description
Request to add a WireGuard VPN summary card to the main dashboard, similar to the existing cards for IPsec and OpenVPN.
Why
Administrators currently have no quick visual overview of the status of WireGuard tunnels. This creates inconsistency in the dashboard experience compared to IPsec and OpenVPN, which already display status cards. Adding a WireGuard card improves parity, usability, and monitoring.
What is the purpose
Provide admins with at a glance visibility of active WireGuard peers and connection health directly from the dashboard in NethSecurity 8.7.1.
Proposed solution
Introduce a new WireGuard VPN dashboard card showing
- Number of active peers
- Number of configured peers
- Quick link to the WireGuard configuration page
The card should follow the same style and structure used for IPsec and OpenVPN cards.
