In the firewall NAT section, NAT rules are currently displayed in a fixed order and cannot be manually reordered by the administrator.
Why / purpose
The order of NAT rules is critical for correct traffic handling, troubleshooting, and readability. When multiple NAT rules are present, administrators need explicit control over their evaluation order to ensure predictable behavior and easier maintenance.
Proposed solution
Add support for manual ordering of NAT rules in the firewall NAT section.
The UI should allow administrators to change rule position (priority) using drag-and-drop.
The backend should preserve and apply the defined order consistently during rule evaluation and after configuration reloads or system reboots.
