docs: add Let's Encrypt setup step for NethVoice

Introduce a new optional section in the migration tutorial
explaining how to request and enable a TLS certificate from
Let's Encrypt for NethVoice. This includes prerequisites for
DNS resolution and firewall accessibility, as well as simple
troubleshooting notes.

Also update the Italian translation with equivalent guidance
and add the step to the migration process summary in both
languages.
