`starknet_getTransactionReceipt` queries `TransactionBlockNumbersAndIndicesByHash` bucket twice

Both calls to `bcReader.TransactionByHash` and `bcReader.Receipt` has to read `TransactionBlockNumbersAndIndicesByHash`
