[P2-T2] Engineer New Features (Hypothesis-Driven)

• Description: Based on EDA and domain knowledge, create new features. For instance, could we create interaction terms? (e.g., Age * Lesion_Count) or bin numerical features like Age into groups?
• Acceptance Criteria: At least 1-2 new, well-justified features are added to the preprocessing pipeline. Their impact will be evaluated during modeling.
