Nexa Hyperlink looks like a good potential replacement for GPT4all's LocalDocs feature, now that GPT4all is EOL.

A few questions:

Is it going to be open source?
What are the models used for indexing and inference?
Will users be able to choose their own LLMs in the future?
Will it be available for Linux at some point?
