In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, NexaTech Rwanda expects all participants to abide by this Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of experience level, gender, identity, or background.
Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:
- Using welcoming and inclusive language
- Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
- Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
- Focusing on what is best for the community
Examples of unacceptable behavior:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or personal characteristics
- Public or private harassment
- Disruption of discussions or activities
If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it by contacting contact@nexatech.rw. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary or permanent bans from repositories, or other consequences at the discretion of NexaTech Rwanda leadership.
