Multiline config separated by "," cannot be parsed in INI file

- Nitpick currently relies on https://github.com/pyscaffold/configupdater to parse and update INI config
- `configupdater` has trouble with multiline config separated by ",". Due to this flaw, we should avoid placing values on multiple lines, separated by ","
