I'm new to this, I had followed some steps a few months ago and activated O365, but the license wasn't fully working. I followed these new steps to reactivate O365 and it seems to have worked; however, when I go to Word and look at my licenses, it shows multiple license types. I'm not sure how to remove the ones not needed/activated, without removing the one that actually works. When I click on "Manage Account" or "Update License" for any of the versions, it asks me to log in to verify my subscription. Is there a way to fix this so that I only have one version of O365 activated permanently?
