Hi,
I recently came across your work, nice job! I am the original developer of IrrMapper (https://www.mdpi.com/2072-4292/12/14/2328). I have a large training dataset of field polygons marked as irrigated, wetland, unirrigated agriculture, and rangeland/forest. I've been looking for a place to publish it. If you are considering publishing your work to a pee-reviewed journal, I'd be interested in contributing.

We (Biocomplexity, University of Virginia) have published, IrrMap and IrriSight, two large scale multimodal dataset for irrigation and agriculture for united states.
