Auto-select first controller not working

Currently, you have to manually select a controller from the list for VSCView to start picking up inputs from it. There should at least be an option to automatically pick up the first controller as soon as VSCView is launched, or an specific controller set by the user.

I have this disabled in in-dev because it needs to be re-implemented.

There's some issues with the Steam Controller dongle right now where it doesn't know which of the 4 wireless slots are actually in use and it can pick the wrong one. I've thought about instead making it remember the last controller similar to how it remembers the last used theme, but I am unsure if that solves all the issues because I'm not sure exactly how multi-slot dongles will act.
