VolumeCould disappears when camera starts passing through #4

When the camera approaches VolumeCould and starts to pass through it, it disappears immediately. It should be like passing through smoke or fog in reality. I recorded a short screen capture video for reference. This video is recorded in HDRP(Unity version 6.1.3f1), but this problem is also exists in the original URP project.
