Add support for the rest memory management intrinsics

New memory management intrinsics will be added in:

• Complete set of memory allocation intrinsics zkllvm-circifier#96

List of new intrinsics:

• llvm.assigner.aligned.alloc
• llvm.assigner.calloc
• llvm.assigner.realloc

We need to implement them in assigner.
