Flickering during cutscenes

Hi! Any idea if it's possible to fix flickering during cutscenes? When a scene changes, screen or even characters flicker/jump/move suddenly. Is this a wide-spread issue or just something on my end? I have a 3000-series Nvidia GPU and I'm playing on Windows 11.
